2019-2020 Yearbooks will be for sale tomorrow, Mon 5/4, 10am-1pm and 4pm-6pm. Drive through at the HS to purchase and pickup. Cost is $35. Please bring exact cash or check, and please stay in vehicle. Thank you.
You may qualify for free food for your child this summer. The Summer EBT for Children program is a federally funded initiative of the Chickasaw Nation each year, but is open to all students. Please see the flyer in both News and Live Feed sections or visit the Summer EBT link for more information.
Athletes 6th-12th: You may come to pick up belongings from gym one at a time on East side on Fri Apr 10. Baseball 4pm-6pm, then Basketball and Softball 6pm-7pm. Please bring any uniforms to turn in at this time. Thank you.
Ninnekah School Update: Elem & MS can pick up personal belongings/assignment packets on Mon Apr 6, 4pm-6pm.
Lunch bills can be paid (check or exact cash only) in the Superintendent's office during this time if needed, but can still be paid online.
Anything not picked up Mon will be available in the cafeteria Tues Apr 7, 10am-1pm.
HS - Check class Facebook groups and school emails for assignment info. Please contact the school if need to make other arrangements.
No library payments will be received at this time.

This afternoon, the State Board of Education voted to close all Oklahoma schools, effective immediately, until at least April 6th in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19. This means, following Spring Break, Ninnekah students will not return to school until at least April 6th, possibly longer, if health officials deem it necessary.
Prom will be rescheduled.
No extra curricular activities during the shut down including practices.
Next week is Parent/Teacher Conferences. The HS and MS conferences are come and go on two nights, Tues 3/3 and Thurs 3/5, 3:30-6:00. Elementary conferences are scheduled with the teacher. There will also be No School on Fri 3/6, Fri 3/13, Spring Break 3/16-3/20, and Fri 3/27.
The NHS Owls and Lady Owls basketball teams both won their games yesterday and are going to play in the second round of Regionals today in Dale beginning at 1:30. If they win, they will play again tomorrow for a chance to move on. Congrats Ninnekah and good luck! Be Unstoppable!

Ninnekah FFA Cake Auction & Calf Fry is at the Grady County Fairgrounds tonight, Tues 2/18, from 6:30-10:00pm.
The Elementary Spelling Bee location has been changed to the Gym on Wed, Feb 19th, at 9:00 AM.
Next week's HS basketball game schedule:
Monday, Feb 17 NHS vs Rush Springs at 6:30 at Ninnekah. JH homecoming festivities will be at 6:00. Little Dribblers will play at halftime of games.
Tuesday, Feb 18 NHS vs Dibble at 3:00 at Ninnekah.
Tonight's HS Basketball contest will not be played because of a community tragedy in Rush Springs this afternoon. We will have our Senior Night festivities at 6:00pm as scheduled. Dates & times for makeup game will be released later.
