Ninnekah Elementary School is excited to begin its second year of Student Council! This year, 12 fifth-grade students will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work together, and make a positive impact on their school and community.
The Student Council encourages students to take an active role in leadership by sharing ideas, making decisions, and bringing their projects to life. NES - STUCO members are learning the importance of responsibility, service, and school pride through teamwork and hands-on experiences.
Several exciting activities are planned for the year, including a sock and blanket drive in December, reading buddies with younger students, a student-led school broadcast, career exploration activities, and creative ways to promote school spirit.
With a busy year ahead, these young leaders are ready to make a difference! Ninnekah Elementary looks forward to seeing the positive impact they will have on their fellow students, school, and community.
