Superintendent Announces New Free Lunch Program
Ninnekah Schools
Thursday, September 03, 2020

Important Message from the Superintendent:

I am pleased to announce that Ninnekah Schools, through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, will be extending a free school lunch program to our students and any child ages 1-18. Any child who is not yet school age or who is attending classes virtually may pick up their meals at 10:15 am at the Ninnekah School Cafeteria.

We have offered free breakfast for several years at Ninnekah Schools and that will continue. This program allows us to extend the service to include lunch as well. Students who bring their lunch that would like a milk from the cafeteria may purchase one for 35 cents.

We are happy to be able to offer this service to our families and intend to continue the program through December depending on the availability of federal funding.

Todd Bunch, Superintendent,

Ninnekah Public Schools
